Program Description

The Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science aims to prepare a generation of nurses that is scientifically and practically qualified to work in various health fields to address the challenges and to keep in tandem with scientific progress. The program includes two components: the core component that deals with general nursing education in which students learn adult health nursing, maternal and new born health nursing, pediatric nursing, community health nursing, psychiatric and mental health nursing and nursing management and leadership. The second component is selected by students from the following educational tracks (Minors).

1. Track: Emergency Nursing
Academic track Description

This track helps students to apply relevant knowledge and skills related to emergencies, and effectively communicate and employ information technology to provide comprehensive nursing care in emergencies.

2. Track: Addiction Nursing
Academic track Description

This track focuses on the importance of mental health care for addicts providing evidence- based care in partnership with all health and social welfare providers based on international standards and the needs of addicts in society, which provides students with the necessary knowledge, behavior and skills to deal with the complex, diverse and evolving nature of addicts.

3. Track: Midwifery Nursing
Academic track Description

Midwifery nursing academic track is one of the outstanding specializations in the field of nursing. It aims to prepare and qualify female students to work in the field of midwifery in different settings and health institutions. It provides qualified nurses able to meet the needs of the community and the labor market for specialized midwifery and obstetric services.

4. Track: Neonatal Nursing
