New Mansoura University Recruitment Announcement (Academic Year 2025 - 2026)

New Mansoura University announces the opening of applications for a number of academic, administrative, and technical positions from Thursday, June 19, 2025, until Saturday, June 28, 2025, in accordance with the regulations and laws, and as per the conditions of this announcement.

The university invites all those wishing to join its academic and administrative community to apply during the specified period through the university's official website, where details of available jobs, application conditions, and the selection mechanism can be found.

First: Requirements for Faculty Positions (Professor – Associate Professor – Lecturer)

  • Applicants must be currently employed in a governmental, private, or national institution, international university, or research center, with qualifying experience.
  • Fulfilling the evaluation criteria in the online form and attaching supporting documents, including:
    • PhD or equivalent from a recognized university in the relevant specialization.
    • Good reputation and conduct.
    • Documented experience in government, private, or international universities.
    • Full proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
    • Experience with e-learning platforms (LMS, EKB, etc.).
    • Familiarity with credit hour systems and academic advising.
    • Experience in quality assurance and academic accreditation.
    • Proficiency in modern educational technologies (Smartboards, Microsoft Teams, e-exams, recorded lectures, etc.).
    • Handling Student Information Systems (SIS).
    • Familiarity with electronic evaluation systems (E-correction, Question Banks, etc.).
    • Participation in national committees or research projects.
    • Scientific awards or patents from reputable sources.
    • Community service and professional training.
    • Organizing conferences and workshops.
    • Scientific data: H-Index (Scopus), Citations (Scopus), Editorial boards, and Thesis supervision.
  • Clean criminal record and no disciplinary actions.
  • Passing the personal interview before the hearing committee.

Second: Requirements for Teaching Assistants (Demonstrator – Assistant Lecturer)

  • Demonstrator: Bachelor's degree with a postgraduate diploma or registratered for a Master's degree.
  • Assistant Lecturer: Master's degree in the required specialization.
  • General grade "Very Good" or higher, with "Very Good" in major subjects.
  • Proficiency in modern technology for education.
  • Age not exceeding 32 years by January of the application year.
  • University teaching experience (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in computer use (Digital Transformation certificate) or scoring 70%+ in university test.
  • English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) or scoring 70%+ in university language test.
  • No criminal record or disciplinary actions.
  • Selection based on cumulative total and academic grade.
  • Passing the personal interview.

Third: Requirements for Administrative and Technical Positions

  • Egyptian nationality (or equivalent reciprocal treatment for Arab nationals).
  • Employment in the Ministry of Higher Education or State Administrative Apparatus for relevant roles.
  • Good reputation.
  • Computer proficiency (Digital Transformation certificate) or 70%+ in university test (Excluding manual labor roles).
  • English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) or 70%+ in university test (Excluding manual labor roles).
  • Appropriate academic qualification for the job description.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in the field.
  • Health fitness.
  • Managing modern electronic systems related to the job.
  • No criminal record or disciplinary actions.
  • Passing the personal interview.
